Shtykaleva T. V. The Interrelation between Psychological Testing of Cogni-tive Functions and Success in the Transition Training of Flight Personnel

Abstract ◊ This paper presents the results of a research on the concatenation between the testing of psychological processes and success in the transition training of air-craft personnel. The results of the study show that there is a high correlation of prediction based on such a testing.
