Biche-ool V. K. Colonization in Taimyr: The Socio-cultural Impacts

Abstract ◊ The article discusses the social and cultural consequences of the colonization of Taimyr in the 20th century. The main of them were the assimilation of native population’s culture, the destruction of traditional economic and living conditions, and negative impact on the environmental situation on the peninsula.
