Abstract ◊ The article examines the issues related to the formation of the main market demands for specialists in postmodern society. It studies the problems of non-compliance of the market requirements and the skills and abilities of graduates. The author gives some basic recommendations for the conceptualization, acceptance of norms and rules that affect the formation and development of a young professional.
