Abstract ♦ The article presents the results and prospects of the project which aims to create a new version of information and research database Social Psychology of the Russian Entrepreneurship. Its objective is to further develop and promote an eponymous updatable interactive information system, which had been launched in 2012. The database contains extensive material obtained as a result of years of research by the project team, Institute of Psychology RAS, and Moscow University for the Humanities. The research had been carried out according to a unified plan in a number of Russias regions.

The need to develop a new version of the information system stems from the new requirements and demands the research community came up with after the launch of the database. It was found that the proposed systematization of empirical data and the form of presentation is understandable only for a fully qualified professional. For students and non-profile graduate students, empirical data are also of great interest, but they find it hard to utilize the methods and datasets. To solve this problem, we now present a new version of the information system, which besides raw data and procession methods, also contains professionally processed and visualized outcomes of the research, together with their interpretation.

Researchers will now have the opportunity not only to process the available data, but also to input the results of their own work, not only in the form of a scientific paper containing results and conclusions, but also as intermediate results at different stages of processing and visualization. They will be able to formulate new research objectives and hypotheses which inevitably arise when working with empirical arrays.

Thus, the new version of the information system will accumulate and represent not only numerical standardized datasets, but also the experience of their scientific procession and interpretation. In this form, the database on entrepreneurship can attract the attention of a new pool of users civil servants, managers and professionals, analysts and public administrators interested in the problems of business in contemporary Russia.
