Savinkov V. I. Development of Russian Digital Telecasting as the Most Important Tool for Formation of Cultural and Information Space

Abstract The author considers the further development of tele and radio broadcasting as the most important, top-priority task of the state with the purpose of maintenance of constitutional laws and freedoms of person and providing of equal access to mass information and an effective usage of spiritual and cultural heritage of the nation, its historical traditions in the context of modernization of contemporary Russia.
