The paper was prepared within the framework of the project "The Potential of Youth Online Communities: the Formation of Information and Communication Culture of the Person that was being implemented with the support of the Russian Foundation for the Humanities (grant No. 12-33-012932).

Abstract ♦ The article examines one of the features of the formation of information society the predominance of net social interactions over the hierarchy structures. The author pays attention to the opportunities of Internet technologies for the determination of persons worldview.
