Abstract ◊ The article contemplates the sociocultural aspects of the maintenance of a sustainable pedagogical process at the higher school. The author shows the main dimensions of this process, which correspond to a certain cultural dominant. The personal dimension of a sustainable development of the higher school is revealed.
