Abstract ♦ The article considers the approaches to the studies of the prospects of civil society development under conditions when hierarchical system is being cut out by net communications. In such a net society the features of youth, which biosociology examines, will be revealed.

Keywords: biosociology, youth, civil society, the thesaurus approach.
