Dubrovskiy D. I. The Mind-Brain Problem: The Informational Approach

(Moscow University for the Humanities)

Abstract ◊ This is a paper presented at the Fifth International Conference on the Foundations of Information Science (FIS-2013) that took place at Moscow University for the Humanities on May 21–23, 2013. The author proposes a theoretical solution to the mind-brain problem following the informational approach. It includes an explanation of the connection of the phenomena of consciousness with brain processes and a clarification of their causative function.
