Abstract ◊ The article presents the information and research system „Innovative Educational Technologies in Russia and Abroad‟. It is aimed at the formation of a united network space in the sphere of Russian education taking into account the modern requirements in the field of the safety, flexibility, resiliency and convergence of network solutions.
Keywords: network education, telecommunications, e-learning technologies, the personality oriented approach, innovations in education.
