Abstract ◊ The article reveals the pedagogical potential of children's leisure that is considered in the form of pre-school children’s introduction to the art of ballet in the conditions of the interaction between kindergarten and family.

Keywords: the culturological approach, holistic development of the personality, culture of the pre-schooler, children's leisure, the subject of children's activity, ballet art.
